This model home was built to showcase Jeff Watson Homes’ Healthy Home approach using foam insulation, energy efficient windows and low flow plumbing fixtures throughout.  Each material used in construction was scrutinized by Jeff and his team for its contribution to indoor air quality and energy efficiency.  The living area was designed with an open flow that seamlessly blends together the kitchen, family and dining room with the outdoor living space to provide limitless options for entertaining.   The master suite and study are situated in a separate wing to allow for private spaces for owners.  A separate media room connects the family together.
