Meet The Builder
Jeff Watson
A native Texan who grew up in Houston, Jeff has been married for 32 years to his wife Donna and they have 4 adult children. After graduating from Southwest Texas State Business School in 1982, Jeff began his career in the home building industry in Austin Texas. He quickly rose in the ranks among some of Austin’s largest home builders at that time. By 1991 he accomplished his life long desire to become a business owner and focused on his passion for custom home building and established Jeff Watson Homes.
He quickly found his niche building custom homes on in the Williamson county area. He is best known for his attention to detail and his ability to truly “listen” to his customers and their specific needs. Jeff’s benchmark qualities have always been a respect for superior quality and customer satisfaction. Jeff is a NAHB certified Master Builder and is most comfortable managing his subcontractors on site. He stays actively involved in the operation of his company and service of his customers.
Kathy Ellis
Kathy is another native Texan who grew up in Houston. She and her husband, Tim, live in Georgetown. She has one adult son. When she is not overseeing the administrative functions for Jeff Watson Homes, she can be found hiking the plentiful trails in the Central Texas area.
Kathy is a committed professional with over 40 years of accounting and office management expertise. She has been with Jeff Watson Homes for 14 years. In addition to her role as Office Manager, Kathy brings her strong organizational skills to the construction administration role, working with each client to coordinate the decision making process. Kathy likes to keep the client "five steps ahead of Jeff" as construction progresses.
